Alarms need servicing on a regular basis to maintain maximum performance. So, after the first year we will contact you to ask if you would like your alarm servicing. This service will include a full alarm check and labour costs for any repairs which may be needed.

For only £35 per year you will have peace of mind that your alarm system is being looked after and will be repaired in the unlikely event that anything should go wrong.

Please note: Batteries are not covered in our service contracts. If you have an alarm system which was not installed by us, we may still be able to offer a service contract.

In this case, we will first inspect the alarm and inform you of any faults which may need to be rectified. When the system is operating to our required standards we may offer you a restricted service contract.

Repairs

If you don't have an up to date service with us, we are still able to maintain or repair your security alarm.

There is a £25 charge for any call-out and this covers the first hour's labour. The cost of any parts will be extra. All repair work and new parts are guaranteed for 1 year.

Maintenance and repairs are available in Darlington and surrounding areas.

Callouts

We offer callouts to both our own and other companies alarms, 24/7. Our callout prices start at only £25.



We are often asked to provide security alarms as part of our domestic electrical installations.

This can be done in two ways. We either provide and design a complete system using the most up to date alarm products. If the client chooses this option we install all cabling and all alarm points to their desired requests.
